Paysafe is looking to enhance its card issuing products by driving innovation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering seamless partner and cardholder experiences to grow market share and revenue.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of card issuing (prepaid, debit, credit), BIN sponsorship, card processing, and network (Visa, Mastercard) requirements.
- Proven ability to develop product strategies and deliver results.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Familiarity with compliance (KYC, AML, PCI-DSS) and regulatory considerations in issuing.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for card issuing, aligned with business objectives.
- Translate customer, partner, and market needs into detailed requirements and user stories.
- Partner with Engineering and Operations to deliver scalable, compliant, and innovative card products.
- Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including go-to-market readiness and post-launch optimization.
- Monitor product KPIs, profitability, and operational performance, making data-driven recommendations.
- Manage vendor and partner relationships critical to card issuance and processing.
- Act as subject matter expert for issuing products internally and externally.
Other
- 5+ years of product management experience, required, preferably in payments, card issuing, fintech, or financial services.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field of study (ex. Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent combination of education and experience in lieu of degree, required.
