Cash Flow Management LLC dba Kinective is looking to solve product strategy and vision problems by developing and launching new product initiatives and enhancements
Requirements
- Agile Scrum software development process and agile methodologies, with a track record of leading product teams in agile environments
- Project & Product Management tools: JIRA/Confluence and Agile Methodologies
- Data analytics and validation using reporting tools (e.g. SQL, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, etc.) to inform decision-making and prioritize development
- Conducting release demonstrations for client facing stakeholders as a part of the product release launch process
- Build documentation and lead training sessions for release handoffs to Support and Implementation teams
- Working with hardware in the financial or banking industry, particularly with cash recyclers, kiosks, and/or desktop peripherals
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Director, Product Management, to understand the product strategy and vision for the Kinective Product Line
- Drive the execution of product roadmap initiatives alongside Product Owners and Engineering, ensuring timely delivery and successful launches of new product initiatives and enhancements
- Lead and guide Product Owners in effectively managing backlogs and defining clear, concise, and testable requirements
- Partner with Product Owners and Engineering teams to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of value through the product development lifecycle
- Assist in identifying and removing impediments along the way
- Utilize data analytics and KPIs to measure product performance, user satisfaction, and impact
- Make informed decisions to optimize the user experience and improve our market positioning
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Analytics, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field or the foreign academic equivalent
- Three (3) years' experience in product management, ideally in Fintech, SaaS, or cloud-based environments
- Alternatively, Master's Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics or a closely related field + 1 year of experience as a Product Manager or related occupation launching new product offerings and managing product roadmap
- Work schedule: M-F, 8AM – 5PM (Full-time - 40 hrs/wk.)
