Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B or B2BC product management
- Experience discovering, defining, and launching features that deliver value for buyers and users.
- SCRUM certification
- Experience with non-profit fundraising
- Experience working on e-commerce or AI-powered solutions
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end approach: research, alignment, communication, planning, roadmap, execution, and success of your products
- Launch valuable features on time and on quality in alignment with committed deadlines and in partnership with cross-functional collaborators
- Incorporate quantitative and qualitative market and customer data from primary and secondary sources
- Lead teams to understand opportunity space within business and product outcomes to innovate creative and market-leading solutions
- Write clear value propositions and requirements to guide the development cycle
- Partner with engineering and go-to-market teams to facilitate successful product launches
- Serve as a product expert, demoing new features and training internal teams
