Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B or B2BC product management
  • Experience discovering, defining, and launching features that deliver value for buyers and users.
  • SCRUM certification
  • Experience with non-profit fundraising
  • Experience working on e-commerce or AI-powered solutions

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end approach: research, alignment, communication, planning, roadmap, execution, and success of your products
  • Launch valuable features on time and on quality in alignment with committed deadlines and in partnership with cross-functional collaborators
  • Incorporate quantitative and qualitative market and customer data from primary and secondary sources
  • Lead teams to understand opportunity space within business and product outcomes to innovate creative and market-leading solutions
  • Write clear value propositions and requirements to guide the development cycle
  • Partner with engineering and go-to-market teams to facilitate successful product launches
  • Serve as a product expert, demoing new features and training internal teams
