Requirements
- Experience working in Agile environments and writing user stories/requirements.
- Proficiency with SQL for product analytics and measurement.
- Experience with usability testing, user research, and customer interviews.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar.
- Experience working on SaaS or other client-facing web platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present roadmaps, trade-offs, and results to executives and customers.
- Proven strategic thinking and the ability to translate strategy into actionable product plans.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap for client-facing features in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities and validate solutions.
- Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; manage backlog prioritization.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and operations to deliver shippable products on schedule.
- Lead product launches and monitor post-launch adoption, usage, and retention metrics.
- Partner with customer-facing teams (sales, account management, support) to gather feedback and communicate product plans.
- Use data and qualitative insights to make prioritization decisions and iterate on product features
Other
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's Degree required in one of the following fields; Engineering / Computer Science Degree or 5 years in technology with business degree
- Traveling off-site to employee and client locations globally, events and vendor meetings is required
- Business travel may be required up to 15% of the time
- Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, through various mediums including phone, email, and video conferencing.
