Equinox is looking for a Product Manager to pursue a career in Product Development or Enterprise Applications, to deliver smart solutions and contribute to the success of their products, used daily by Equinox members and staff.
Requirements
- 5+ years of prior work experience in a similar or related role with a focus on Salesforce products
- Experience using/generating data to guide decision making
- APIs, Analytics and SQL experience
- Experience working with an issue tracking system and/or workflow management tools
- Experience working with enterprise applications, mobile, web, and/or back-end application development environment
- Experience with payment processing systems including billing and financial reconciliation
Responsibilities
- Establish a long-term vision, set goals, and build a roadmap that positions the team for success
- Create user stories, establish acceptance criteria, manage tickets and help troubleshoot complex issues
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics and QA to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and priorities
- Coordinate change management with key stakeholders and maintain documentation of product features
- Identify new opportunities based on research, industry trends and best practices
- Liaise with teams across the organization and manage relationships with business partners and vendors
