Champions Oncology is seeking a Product Manager to build and scale product management excellence across preclinical oncology services portfolio
Requirements
- Proficiency With Microsoft office and popular marketing applications required
- Proficiency using HubSpot Inbound Marketing platform required
- Strong understanding of in vivo models, CDX PDX, GEMM, and 3d Invitro models, such as PDO PDXO
- Radiopharmaceuticals, ADCs, or related drug development services are an advantage
- Experience with scientific writing
- Project and product launch experience is recommended
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and lifecycle management for assigned platforms and services within the oncology portfolio
- Conduct market sizing, segmentation, and opportunity assessments to guide investment decisions
- Build and maintain a portfolio roadmap informed by scientific innovation, competitive intelligence, and customer insights
- Define clear value propositions and differentiation strategies against competitors
- Partner with marketing colleagues to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing services
- Create compelling product messaging, positioning, and content for campaigns, sales tools, and customer engagement
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and scientific advancements to anticipate market shifts

- Ability to effectively manage cross-functional projects and ability to prioritize, adhering to timelines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Effective cross-functional communication skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a life science discipline; PhD in oncology, pharmacology, or related field strongly preferred
- 3–7 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or strategic marketing, ideally in a preclinical oncology CRO environment
