Enphase Energy is expanding its energy management systems beyond residential solar and storage and seeks an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead their commercial storage solutions. This role will bridge the gap between customers, sales teams, and global development teams to drive the design, launch, and enhancement of an energy management system for commercial and industrial applications.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in battery storage product development; experience with commercial or industrial battery storage is preferred.
- Prior experience with commercial battery storage systems.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and driving agile product development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary customer advocate by gathering feedback and translating needs into actionable product features.
- Meet with installers, commercial building owners, and end users to document requirements and identify pain points.
- Perform comprehensive market research using industry reports and other data sources to understand market sizes, trends, and emerging opportunities.
- Define and document product features and system requirements via comprehensive Market Requirements Documents (MRDs).
- Analyze competitive products to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Evaluate local, national, and international codes and regulations to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
- Collaborate closely with onshore and offshore development teams in the USA, India, and New Zealand to communicate specifications and prioritize activities.

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in product management, software development, systems engineering, or related field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with proven leadership in cross-functional team settings.
- Ability and willingness to collaborate with global (onshore and offshore) teams.
