Imedview, Inc. is looking to shape the future of their technical operations and meet increasing client demand by deepening their investment in product and engineering, specifically through a major re-write of their core internal software.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product or project management, ideally in a software development context.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather, structure, and write clear requirements.
  • Experience working in Agile/Kanban environments and collaborating closely with engineering.
  • Familiarity with regulated industries (healthcare, legal, or financial tech) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a disciplined, detail-oriented approach.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; able to act as the bridge between business and technical teams.
  • Proven success in managing large internal projects or system rewrites.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Director of Platform Engineering to manage the rewrite effort, ensuring requirements are well-defined, documented, and understood by the engineering team.
  • Gather, refine, and prioritize requirements from internal business stakeholders across operations teams
  • Document business processes and translate them into functional requirements and clear specifications.
  • Maintain the product backlog and collaborate with engineering to clarify scope and priorities.
  • Work closely with engineering and design to ensure delivered features meet business needs.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for workflow improvements during the rewrite, balancing short-term needs with long-term product health.

  • Must work within the Eastern Standard Time Zone (EST).
  • Occasional travel to NYC or Saugerties office
