Requirements
- Experience with user research techniques and data analysis
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies is a plus
Responsibilities
- implement integrations between platforms like Salesforce and Charm using APIs
- streamline internal workflows
- support data-driven decision-making
- building a custom reporting dashboard for operational visibility
- developing tools to enhance patient intake processes
- define product vision, roadmaps, and growth opportunities
- gather and prioritize customer requirements, craft product specifications, and drive implementation processes to deliver high-quality solutions
Other
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a technology or healthcare-related field
- Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- No less than 45 hours per week
- Monday to Friday occasional weekends
