FDH Aero is seeking a Product Manager to support the growth and execution of their product strategy in key technology areas like Electromechanical Systems, Interconnect Solutions, and Wire/Cable & HMP Products. The role aims to align product portfolio performance with market demands, customer needs, and revenue goals by bridging the gap between Product Management, Sales, and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities
- Support Product Strategy Execution: Work closely with the Manager, Product Management to implement product strategies across assigned product lines, aligning with company growth objectives
- Sales Enablement & Collaboration: Partner with Sales teams to develop compelling value propositions, sales tools, and training materials. Act as a key product resource during customer engagements
- Go-to-Market Coordination: Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer communications
- Customer Engagement & VOC: Participate in voice-of-customer (VOC) activities, gather feedback, and translate market insights into actionable product or sales initiatives
- Pricing & Competitive Intelligence: Support pricing strategies and conduct competitive benchmarking to identify market opportunities and inform sales tactics
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key product sales metrics, pipeline activity, and customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Liaise with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to support product availability, customization, and delivery needs related to sales opportunities
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or technical master’s degree is a plus
- 3–5 years of experience in a product management, technical sales, or commercial role
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
