Sulzer is looking to manage and develop its assigned product range and product strategy, aiming to improve product-related growth and profitability initiatives, and support digitalization efforts within WIBU.

- Broad experience of products and technology for the Water and Industry BU markets (e.g. customer needs, applications served, product requirements, competition)
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the assigned product range & product strategy providing support and guidance, to life-cycle management and strategic pricing.
- Support product related growth and profitability initiatives.
- Develop digital offering and support digitalization initiatives within WIBU.
- Develop overarching product strategy for the assigned product ranges, delivering product plans based on solid understanding of markets, regulatory and competitor trends, customer insights and technology developments.
- Identify and evaluate product gaps and propose in cooperation with team of portfolio and product managers new PD projects based on supported business cases and defined priorities.
- Accountable for life-cycle management of the assigned product ranges including phase-in and out of products and delivery of necessary internal and external communication.
- Develop digital offering, products and services in cooperation with PD, IT and Sales.
