Requirements
- Experience with product architecture, cloud-based infrastructure, and modern SaaS product design.
- In-depth knowledge of product architecture and SaaS development best practices.
- Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Experience with software development processes and technologies.
- Understanding of modern SaaS architecture, cloud services, and integration methods.
- Familiarity with data analytics and user experience (UX) design principles.
- Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy operations and challenges.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, development, and execution of product strategies and roadmaps that align with the company’s goals and market needs.
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements to ensure the development of high-impact solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ensure successful product development and delivery.
- Create detailed product roadmaps, specifications, and user stories.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including post-launch optimization and iterations.
- Provide input on product architecture and ensure the alignment of technical decisions with business objectives.
- Ensure the product adheres to modern SaaS architecture principles, focusing on scalability, security, and reliability.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, within the healthcare or pharmacy market.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and launching software products.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
