Brady needs a Product Manager to support the development of a strategic plan and execute a comprehensive portfolio roadmap for assigned industrial label printers, aiming to maximize sales and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of a long term product Roadmap with a strong focus on New Product Development, developing competitive advantages and in alignment with a broad portfolio strategy that ensures the long term health of the portfolio. This includes full life cycle management of the portfolio and all products offered in the category.
  • Work closely with customers, product managers, stakeholders, and executives to define product vision, business goals, customer, and end user needs and how these will be met.
  • Gathers and analyzes customer insights via Voice of the Customer (VOC), Market Research, economic and technology trends resulting in better identification solutions meeting diverse customer needs and developing more accurate business cases.
  • Gather knowledge about the competitive environment that drives action to Sales, Marketing and R&D.
  • Work with global and regional product managers, stakeholders, and development teams to prioritize investments, product requirements, and portfolio requirements.
  • Ensure consistency across product lines and shared problem-solving between teams working on interdependent projects.
  • Own product financials and performance to drive revenue and margin dollar growth while explaining and mitigating risk for the organization.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing or related fields
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience working in product management or product marketing
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong sense of personal and professional accountability
  • Up to 25% travel, international and domestic
