Ingram Micro is looking for an experienced Product Manager that can help build innovative experiences on Xvantage™ platform that revolutionize Ingram Micro and deliver real impact for customers worldwide. This role focuses on executing innovative solutions and contributing to products that solve real customer problems.
Requirements
- Interest in or exposure to emerging technologies, data-driven products, or innovative technology platforms (hands-on experience preferred but not required)
Responsibilities
- Execute product initiatives alongside senior product leaders, contributing to feature definition, prioritization, and delivery of innovative products
- Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to design integrated, end-to-end solutions that address target customer needs and differentiate in the market
- Collaborate across product, design, engineering, and operations to deliver solutions efficiently
- Support rapid prototyping and experimentation, helping validate concepts through data analysis and customer feedback
- Assist with customer research and early adopter programs, gathering insights that inform product decisions
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies, contributing fresh perspectives to team discussions
- Help maintain product roadmaps, write detailed product specifications, and track key success metrics
Other
- 3-5 years of experience in product management at an enterprise or startup level
- Strong execution mindset: ability to take direction and turn it into actionable plans that teams can execute
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work effectively across diverse teams
- Customer-focused approach with eagerness to learn how to gather and synthesize user insights
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments; willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results on aggressive timelines
