Reliance Worldwide Corporation is looking to improve its product lines by hiring a Product Manager to own the planning and execution of assigned product lines through the full product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with RWC’s strategic goals and achieving revenue, growth, and customer satisfaction objectives.
Requirements
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, especially an in-depth knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- An understanding of SAP, Sales Reporting (Tableau, Phocas), Stage Gate Process, Project Management
Responsibilities
- Lead all assigned projects through the Stage Gate process, from concept to commercialization.
- Manage new product development (NPD), product changes, and discontinuations.
- Define and maintain product data within SAP.
- Provide direction and insight for marketing collateral, pricing, and launch materials.
- Act as the cross-functional leader for assigned projects, ensuring milestone completion and quality.
- Support field visits and customer interactions to gather Voice of Customer (VOC).
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Other
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience; MBA is preferred.
- 3 years of experience in a product manager role in a fast paced and high-SKU environment.
- Experience in the Plumbing, construction materials, and Building Industry are preferred.
- Must have collaborative abilities, teamwork, and inter-departmental communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create buy-in for the product category vision with key stakeholders.
