Sentral's Technology department and Product Management need support in gathering requirements, data validation, and user story documentation for new and existing features to improve their proprietary Booking Engine and third-party integrations.
Requirements
- Leverage SQL and modern data-exchange tools (API feeds, JSON, and webhooks) to analyze and validate both transactional and real-time integrations with multiple 3rd party systems
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Power BI, Yardi, StayNTouch or Postman is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Leverage SQL and API's queries to analyze and validate data flow across Sentral's proprietary Booking Engine and connected third-party integrations.
- Identify and document data feed discrepancies, integration anomalies, and process gaps; collaborate with Engineering to drive resolution.
- Partner with Engineering to test and validate API integrations between core systems.
- Support UAT testing, release validation, and post-launch data monitoring to ensure system accuracy and performance.
- Create and maintain reports to provide visibility into product performance and data integrity .
- Maintain documentation detailing product data flows, program logic, and dependencies.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of data flows across integrated systems such as Yardi, StayNTouch, Shift4, Iterable, and RiseIO

- Support Sentral's Technology department and Product Management in gathering requirements, data validation, and user story documentation for new and existing features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Revenue Management, and Hospitality to translate data insights into product and process enhancements.
- 3 - 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Analyst, or Data Analyst, ideally in a technology or digital product environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with a passion for connecting data insights to product and business outcomes.
- Effective communicator capable of explaining complex findings to both technical and non-technical teams.
