Temposonics is looking to solve the problem of maximizing sales revenue and profit margins for assigned products by identifying market and customer needs, managing product lifecycle, and maintaining key account relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5-year of product marketing or sales experience and 5-10 years of engineering experience.
- Marketing experience on product positioning and market mix management required.
- Market and product knowledge related to industrial measurement, sensor technology, industrial automation, and control engineering.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office, CRM desirable
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality policy and procedures
Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains product plans and product family strategies in conjunction with the Global Market Segment Manager.
- Manages product life cycle plans, recommends product replacement and obsolescence.
- Provides direction to engineering and manufacturing for the maintenance and upgrade of the product line.
- Identifies, investigates and determines product enhancement and development requirements based on key market needs and profitable sales growth.
- Recommends pricing and gross margin strategies, consistent with global strategy, to maximize profitability for assigned products and meet divisional goals.
- Monitors and analyzes the market position of assigned products and their competitors to better determine and promote product and price competitiveness.
- Evaluates business feasibility and profitability for special (non-standard) products within the global structure.
