Orion is looking to hire a Product Manager to support the development roadmap and execution of their client-facing products, driving strategic and tactical development, identifying opportunities, risks, and efficiencies to further develop the product offering.
Requirements
- Has strong understanding of product lifecycle management, roadmapping, and prioritization frameworks (e.g., RICE, MoSCoW)
- Defines and tracks customer-centric product KPIs
- Balances technical understanding with business and user needs
- Is proficient with data-driven decision-making using analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Fullstory, Looker, Google Analytics)
- Has familiarity with Salesforce and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!) preferred
- Has prior experience delivering products in an Agile development environment
- Has experience shipping AI/ML-powered products (e.g., LLM-enabled features, recommendation systems, classifiers, workflow automation), including full lifecycle ownership from ideation through delivery and iteration
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the product roadmap for your assigned product area(s), aligned to business goals and customer needs
- Define, validate, and refine the product vision and strategy in partnership with leadership, design, engineering, and key stakeholders
- Set and track clear success metrics (OKRs/KPIs) to measure product performance and business impact
- Conduct ongoing user research, client interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to identify pain points and opportunities
- Translate insights into clear, detailed user stories, requirements, acceptance criteria, and prototypes
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing new features, technical debt, and bug fixes using data-informed prioritization frameworks
- Partner closely with engineering, design, and QA to plan, execute, and deliver high-quality releases in an Agile environment

- Candidates must work in-office at one of the following locations for at least 3 days per week: Omaha, NE.
- Has excellent skills in storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management
- Prior experience in technology, SaaS, or financial services preferred
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required
- Minimum of 3–5 years of Product Management experience required
