T-Mobile's Accessories business needs operational leadership for supplier programs, contract execution, MDF management, and cross-functional alignment to ensure successful execution with discipline, transparency, and measurable business impact.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Excel, project tracking tools, AI tools, and reporting platforms like Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end supplier contract process in partnership with Legal and Category Buyers, including MSAs, Addendums, Product Supplements, and NDAs. Ensure timely execution and appropriate documentation.
  • Lead the MDF lifecycle — from forecasting in partnership with MFP to invoice tracking and proof-of-performance validation. Interface with Accounting and FP&A to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Track supplier contractual obligations and performance through Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and ongoing reporting. Manage RFP documentation, supplier briefings, and onboarding processes.
  • Lead or support key cross-functional programs such as Accessory reverse logistics, SKU and MAP setup, and channel readiness tasks. Manage shared calendars, project timelines, and meeting coordination.
  • Act as project lead for Accessories-specific workstreams in enterprise-level initiatives. Coordinate across teams to ensure accessory-specific deliverables are accounted for and executed.

Other

  • 4–7 years of experience in product management, sourcing operations, or program management — preferably in a retail or consumer electronics environment.
  • Proven track record managing supplier contracts, MDF programs, or cross-functional initiatives.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to coordinate across internal teams and represent the business to external partners.
  • Bachelor's degree required; supply chain, business, or related field preferred.
  • A problem-solving mindset and a passion for operational excellence.
  • Comfort working independently while collaborating across multiple functions.
  • The ability to build structure and clarity in ambiguous or rapidly evolving environments.
  • A customer-first approach when making decisions and shaping supplier programs.
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
