Spartech LLC is seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the development and execution of product strategies that drive growth, profitability, and customer value for their Acrylics product line.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product management, ideally with P&L responsibility
  • understanding of product and market lifecycle stages and how to manage them effectively
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Experience working in agile environments and leading cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine product strategies aligned with company goals, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities through market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
  • Define requirements, prioritize features, and lead cross-functional execution for successful releases.
  • Monitor performance, iterate based on data, and drive adoption and engagement.
  • Evaluate long-term viability, manage phase-out plans, and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Manage product-level financial performance, including revenue forecasting, cost control, and margin optimization.
  • Define and prioritize product roadmaps, balancing short-term wins with long-term vision.

Other

  • Full accountability for P&L performance.
  • Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
  • Translate customer insights and market research into actionable product features and enhancements.
  • Monitor KPIs and product metrics to assess performance and inform future decisions.
  • Lead product launches and ensure alignment across all stakeholders for successful market entry.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Demonstrated success in driving product strategy and profitability
