TikTok is looking to solve the problem of enabling advertisers to assess the impact of their marketing on business returns through client-facing measurement solutions.
Requirements
- Academic background in a quantitative field such as statistics, economics, political science, computer science or related fields, with technical experience or project work preferred
- Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, with the ability to break down, analyze, and solve complex problems
- Experience in ads monetization business and ecosystem
- Experience working with data teams and other technical teams
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin
Responsibilities
- Set the vision, develop the roadmap, build and launch ad measurement products that help advertisers meet their goals and see their true business value generated by TikTok
- Define success metrics and analyze data to inform product strategy and prioritization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define goals and objectives for ad measurement products
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing and Sales to develop, test, and launch products
- Write all technical specs and product requirements for development

- Recently or currently enrolled in a BS/MS program with a graduation date between December 2025- November of 2026
- Strong organizational, planning, communication, and execution skills; self-motivated and responsible, able to drive projects independently with reliability and simplicity
