Lenovo is looking to define and deliver AI-powered features for its consumer devices, and the Product Manager - AI will help turn concepts into user-ready experiences.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts (e.g., model inference, APIs, agents)
- Experience utilizing BI tools (Power BI/Looker Studio/Big Query) to drive data-driven decision making
- Prior experience utilizing AI tools a plus
- Familiarity with Android or Windows development a plus
- 2+ years of Experience with technical project coordination or delivery for a software product
- 1+ years of Experience managing AI/ML products
- 2+ years of Agile Experience with technical project coordination, product operations, or mobile software product delivery
Responsibilities
- Collaborate & Coordinate: Assist with cross-functional team meetings, agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups), and backlog grooming to ensure timely delivery of AI features.
- Support Product Definition: Analyze competitive landscape and user feedback to help define feature requirements and use cases. Write product specs, PRD, and drive to productization.
- Partner Engagement: Help define and drive AI use cases with partners. Track partner deliverables and support partner integration efforts on device platforms.
- Execution & Reporting: Monitor feature performance metrics (e.g., usage, latency, satisfaction), prepare reports, and summarize findings for senior leadership.

- Cultural competency working across Chinese, American, Desi, South American, and European cultural contexts, ensuring messages are communicated clearly and with tact
