Moveworks is looking to transform its internal product and engineering operations by building an AI-driven product operations machine to optimize how its Product and Engineering organizations function at scale.
Requirements
- Strong familiarity with APIs, authentication, and integrations.
- A demonstrated ability to understand complex technical concepts and a strong willingness to get hands-on with building automations and solutions (e.g., experience with AI agents, internal tooling, scripting, or low-code/no-code platforms).
- Expert in deconstructing complex problems, annotating & understanding patterns, and taking a data-driven approach to finding solutions.
- You can leverage insights from various datasets to construct compelling narratives and drive decision-making.
- building it into something valuable
Responsibilities
- Redesign and Optimize Core Processes: Deeply analyze and redesign ad-hoc, manual processes across product management, customer success, engineering, and professional services. This includes identifying bottlenecks in workflows such as support-to-engineering escalations, product documentation, feature request management, and roadmap communication. You will design and implement efficient, scalable processes, making thoughtful tradeoffs and building alignment with VP and Director-level stakeholders across departments.
- Build AI-Driven Automations: Leverage the Moveworks platform to build both traditional and Agentic AI automations that eliminate manual, laborious tasks for Product Managers and other teams. You will become an expert in our platform, Agent Studio, and the AI Agent Marketplace, identifying "customer zero" use cases to develop and deploy real outcomes that influence our product roadmap. This is a unique opportunity to "eat our own dogfood" and directly construct what AI-driven product operations looks like.
- Drive Operational Change with Impact: Take ownership of product operations goals, delivering measurable improvements in efficiency (e.g., reducing turnaround times, eliminating redundant work). You will lead multiple process and automation initiatives in parallel, ensuring they are tied directly to product organization outcomes like time-to-launch, PM capacity, and customer feature access.
- Bridge Technical and Operational Gaps: Work hand-in-hand with data science, engineering, user experience, and customer success teams. You will translate complex operational challenges into clear, actionable requirements and build solutions, ensuring our designers deeply understand problems and can rapidly test ideas.
- Communicate and Collaborate Effectively: Consistently communicate updates, changes, and progress with clarity and conciseness to all levels of the organization. You will build consensus and actively resolve objections, fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- build operations & automations quickly
- building actionable, impactful solutions
Other
- 3+ years of experience in a product operations, technical program management, or similar role, with a strong track record of identifying inefficiencies, diagnosing root causes, and building actionable, impactful solutions. Experience in a startup environment or with multiple hats is a plus.
- Exceptional Communicator: A strong writer who can consistently write clearly and concisely about new product concepts, operational processes, and plans. Able to tailor messaging for different audiences and lead focused, outcome-oriented discussions.
- Collaborative & Influential: Proven ability to build consensus and effectively objection-handle across diverse teams (Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success, Professional Services). You can influence at VP/Director levels to gain alignment on new processes.
- Ownership & Accountability: Proactively seeks out opportunities for improvement in their area, acting as a domain owner. You are comfortable taking on "no one owns this yet" work and building it into something valuable.
- Curiosity & Adaptability: Deeply curious and a fast learner, eager to understand new subject areas and technologies. Comfortable being scrappy and adapting fluidly to shifting requirements or ambiguous expectations.
