Teleflex is looking to improve the health and quality of people’s lives through its medical technologies, and the Product Manager, Bariatrics will play a key role in developing and implementing market development plans to achieve business unit sales objectives for the Standard Bariatrics platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales and marketing experience with surgical medical devices in the OR setting
- Experience selling products to HCP’s (surgeons, nurses, OR technicians, Surgical Techs, etc.) in the surgical operating room
- Fully credentialed to enter the OR
- Strong computer skills, especially MS Excel, Word, and PPT
- Bariatric surgery clinical and sales experience (preferred)
- Experience supporting innovative technology in a competitive market with large incumbents (preferred)
- Working knowledge of laparoscopic and robotic surgical procedures in general surgery (preferred)
- Experience with endostapling technology (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Execute effective market development plans for the Standard Bariatrics portfolio
- Develop and deliver procedural and product training for the Standard Bariatrics portfolio
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Training and CMA to develop and deliver marketing materials, sales tools and sales training for Standard Bariatrics portfolio
- Develop, manage and promote professional educational opportunities designed to expand brand awareness with an effective ROI
- Identify and facilitate awareness and adoption of the surgical portfolio at local, regional and national conferences
- Maintain clinical and competitive knowledge of the surgical OR, in particular the bariatric surgery space

- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required
- Travel required: up to 25% domestic
