Meta needs a Product Manager to spearhead advertiser growth strategy for Business AI Agents, transforming them into a leading B2B SaaS solution and streamlining how advertisers discover, understand, and achieve results with AI products.
Requirements
- Experience in launching new products from 0 to 1
- Demonstrated experience in navigating and exceling in uncertain and ambiguous environments
- Can navigate through the full product life-cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution
- Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience
- Experience using AI to build software products and building AI and agents in production
- Experience leading growth product areas, especially self serve experiences
- Experience with B2B customer-focused development a plus
Responsibilities
- Champion new ways for advertisers to easily discover and experiment with Business AI solutions, making our technology approachable and relevant
- Grow the base of advertisers who adopt, love, and continue using our AI products across Meta’s expansive ecosystem
- Drive product integration: ensure our Business AI tools work together seamlessly, creating a unified, simple, and compelling experience for advertisers
- Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps
- Drive product development with teams of engineers and designers, while maintaining team health
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, GTM etc.), and guide the team through key milestones
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metrics
Other
- 10+ years B2B product management or related industry experience with domain-specific experience leading monetization, revenue, pricing or billing
- 10+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design and user research teams as well as has worked closely with Go-to-market (GTM) teams including sales and marketing
- Bachelor's degree (or relevant degree equivalent): STEM subject ideal but not essential (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences)
- Customer-centric approach
- Experience with sales enablement and GTM execution
