Quest Diagnostics' Clinical Solutions division needs to manage and grow its portfolio of diagnostic tests and solutions, particularly in high-growth areas like Cardiometabolic Disease, Heart Failure, and Inflammation Markers, to help patients gain insights into their health and make better healthcare decisions.
Requirements
- Ability to become knowledgeable in the clinical aspects of the assigned clinical area (Cardiovascular)
- Strong project management skills, including engaging the right stakeholders, assigning and following up on action items, and building project timelines
- Strong communication and presentation skills, especially in PowerPoint
- Ability to manipulate and analyze financial data in Excel, and ability to create and defend financial forecasts
Responsibilities
- Identifying, evaluating, and building the business case for new opportunities
- Building the clinical/medical use case with our medical team
- Partnering with Operations and IT to build new solutions and monitor progress
- Collaborating with Sales and Marketing to develop an appropriate promotion strategy
- Leading the launch team and ensuring that pricing, coding, reporting, training, advertising/promotion, channel strategies and tactics are launch-ready
- Monitoring revenue and profitability in partnership with Finance, Medical Affairs, Pricing, and other groups, and implementing adjustments as needed
- Conducting market research to stay abreast of market trends and the competitive landscape

- The preferred location for this role is Secaucus, NJ or Cleveland, OH with hybrid working schedule (3 days per week in-office).
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- A typical product manager has 5 – 10 years of work experience, most of which has been in the healthcare industry
- Working with many cross-functional partners who have many different working styles and personalities
