Johnson & Johnson is looking to solve the business problem of developing and executing channel strategies for the launch of icotrokinra in Plaque Psoriasis (PsO), to optimize customer experience and support patient initiation and ongoing management.
Requirements
- Solid analytical & critical thinking with demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable tactics to deliver on business objectives

- Excellent communication & project management skills
- Track record of demonstrating passion and perseverance for long-term & meaningful goals
- Launch experience preferred
- Consumer marketing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead the development & execution of channel-specific strategies and tactics to optimize the unique specialties (Ex. Derm, PC, APP, TLL, KAS).
- Significant alignment and integration with the field teams supporting all critical needs in delivering a great customer experience and supporting needs for patient initiation and ongoing management with icotrokinra.
- Participate and actively provide inputs to cross-functional partners as it relates to launch strategy & tactical implementation, including but not limited to, Sales, Medical Affairs, Learning Excellence, Global, Insights, etc.
- Manage associated AOR and agency partners, ensuring shared accountability to the brand strategy, rigor in marketing excellence, and exceptional execution of key tactics and deliverables.
Other
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA is preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of business experience with successful track record – preferably in Marketing, or alternatively also in Sales, Sales Learning & Development, Medical or related fields
- Ability to work in Horsham, PA (3 days/week) and travel domestically up to 30%
