The Apple Services Engineering Organization is looking to enhance its commerce platform by developing an end-to-end solution for financial capabilities, which requires a Product Manager to work cross-functionally with various teams to understand financial obligations, needs, and data flows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in the commerce space, including technical and business expertise
- 2+ years product management experience launching new features working closely with designers and engineers
- Expertise in driving customer experience, growth and engagement for digital services
- Understanding of financial impact and revenue management
- Experience in driving system architectural discussions and driving a scalable platform development
- Expertise in enterprise application like SAP is a plus
Responsibilities
- cultivation of ideas, authoring requirements, prioritization, and roadmap planning of financial capabilities in support of the platform
- technical analyses of existing service implementation, end-user usability and experience, market analysis, and competitive analysis
Other
- BA/BS degree required
- Business Information Technology or Finance/Accounting specialization is a plus
- Focus on customers as well as internal partners
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and drive results while juggling many priorities and under tight timeframes
