Fullscript is seeking a Product Manager to lead the vision, development, and optimization of their Commercial and Marketing Website. The goal is to improve the end-to-end web experience for prospects and leads, driving performance across top-of-funnel acquisition, user journeys, and conversion pathways.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management with a focus on digital experiences, ideally for high-traffic commercial or marketing websites.
- Experience working with content management systems (e.g., Contentful, WordPress, Payload) and publishing processes.
- Strong grasp of UX and information architecture — able to design intuitive, user-friendly site structures and journeys.
- Proven track record improving SEO and leveraging digital analytics to drive growth and engagement.
- Hands-on experience running experiments (A/B or multivariate testing) to optimize performance.
- Familiarity with MarTech tools (tag managers, marketing automation, CDPs).
- Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and web performance optimization.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage key user journeys with a strong focus on segmentation, behaviour signals, and content relevance.
- Own the Commercial Website product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that align with growth, brand, and marketing goals.
- Implement and evolve SEO best practices, including site structure, on-page elements, and performance.
- Define KPIs and leverage digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to monitor user behaviour and inform product decisions.
- Partner with design, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure smooth execution of roadmap initiatives.

- Act as the voice of the user and the business — communicating trade-offs, rationale, and performance updates to stakeholders.
- Comfortable collaborating across Product, Marketing, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver best in class experiences.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on digital tracking.
- Experience in Agile environments and using tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Asana.
