Stellarus is looking to improve cost, quality, experience, and growth for its health plan customers through technology products, specifically Payment Integrity solutions.
Requirements
- Advanced capabilities and experience writing business requirements, user stories, and epics for complex products
- Expertise and thought leadership in health plan payment integrity solutions
- Experience managing an Agile backlog
- Experience leading and facilitating a cross-functional team or forum
- Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills
- BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, Public Health, or Information Technology
- Graduate degree (e.g. MBA) is highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Identify, understand, and develop ongoing key personas for product areas
- Determine and analyze KPIs at a product level to establish experience success, failures, and next steps through iteration
- Conduct secondary market research
- Utilize product management tools to create, manage, and prioritize agile team backlog
- Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria covering multiple user-types
- Drive trade-off discussions between scope and schedule
- Identify risks within a product and develop mitigation plans
Other
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Product Management, Management Consulting, or Entrepreneurship required
- Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid or on-site work environment
- Must pass a background check/drug screen
