C Spire aims to deliver connectivity and technology solutions that advance communities and customers' lives, and the Product Manager, Consumer Services, will oversee the strategic management and success of all products in the Consumer line of business.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' product management experience; Consumer product management preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Strong written and oral communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Previous management experience required; understanding of financial/P&L reporting preferred.
- Customer service experience, including problem resolution preferred.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation.
- Four-year college degree or relevant work experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and deliver consumer product offerings tailored to multiple customer demographics.
- Drive Home product initiatives through the PMCOE Product Development process, including business cases, 5/10-year NPV models, PR/FAQ documents, and related artifacts.
- Manage video programming contracts and relationships; create programming packages and bundles while maintaining cost/margin models.
- Provide key input to the overall design and development of all C Spire Home Service products.
- Oversee Home Service workflows and partner with IT, Marketing, Sales, Network, and other internal teams to ensure strong performance and smooth launches.
- Manage vendor relationships, including product roadmaps, contract negotiations, bill validation, approvals, and conflict resolution.
- Monitor and report on market dynamics including pricing, promotions, and competitive technical specifications.

- Four-year college degree or relevant work experience.
- Travel required up to 25% within MS, AL, and TN, with occasional national travel for vendor management, conferences, or training.
- Must be able to sit and use a keyboard/mouse for long periods of time.
- Some weekend work may be required.
