Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ product management experience; Consumer product management preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Previous management experience required; understanding of financial/P&L reporting preferred.
- Customer service experience, including problem resolution preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and deliver consumer product offerings tailored to multiple customer demographics.
- Drive Home product initiatives through the PMCOE Product Development process, including business cases, 5/10-year NPV models, PR/FAQ documents, and related artifacts.
- Manage video programming contracts and relationships; create programming packages and bundles while maintaining cost/margin models.
- Provide key input to the overall design and development of all C Spire Home Service products.
- Oversee Home Service workflows and partner with IT, Marketing, Sales, Network, and other internal teams to ensure strong performance and smooth launches.
- Manage vendor relationships, including product roadmaps, contract negotiations, bill validation, approvals, and conflict resolution.
- Monitor and report on market dynamics including pricing, promotions, and competitive technical specifications.

- Four-year college degree or relevant work experience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation.
- MBA or similar advanced degree.
