C Spire is looking to improve lives through technology by owning the strategy, performance, and evolution of assigned consumer and small business products, including Home Internet & WiFi, Home Phone, security offerings, and fiber-based services. The role is accountable for revenue growth, margin optimization, customer experience, and market expansion, while also leading the development of MDU (Multi-Dwelling Unit) and small business connectivity and value-added services to increase penetration and long-term value.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of product management experience in consumer, telecom, or similar products
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue, margin, and operational goals
  • Strong understanding of P&L ownership, pricing strategy, and financial modeling
  • Experience managing MDU or small business connectivity products
  • Experience working within PMCOE or formal product governance frameworks
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using dashboards and performance metrics

Responsibilities

  • Own financial performance for Consumer and Small Business product lines, including revenue growth, gross margin improvement, and cost control
  • Develop pricing strategies and promotional plans to achieve annual revenue, ARPU, and margin targets
  • Drive product initiatives through the PMCOE process, including business cases, NPV modeling, and go-to-market planning
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned products, customer use cases, and competitive threats
  • Lead ideation, development, and launch of new products and services for residential, MDU, and small business customers
  • Implement acquisition and retention strategies designed to reduce churn and increase subscriber lifetime value
  • Leverage analytics to forecast demand, optimize pricing, and evaluate ROI for new and existing offerings

  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer keyboard and/or mouse while viewing a computer screen.
  • Travel up to 25% is required, including occasional weekends during product launches.
  • Travel may include movement within the MS, AL, and TN footprint, as well as occasional national travel for vendor management, conferences, and training.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required
