Adoreal is scaling rapidly and needs to automate content production, scheduling, and reporting processes to support growth. The company is looking for a strategic operator to take on high-impact work for social media and growth marketing efforts, and a Product Manager to focus on the consumer side of the platform to meet high demand for personalized, intuitive, and accessible aesthetics experiences.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years in software product management, preferably with consumer applications.
- Ability to guide and drive agile methodologies.
- Solid understanding of software development processes.
- Data-driven approach with experience in analytics tools, A/B testing, and KPIs.
- Experience integrating products to solve problems efficiently.
- Exceptional skills in translating complex concepts into user stories and wireframes.
- Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
Responsibilities
- Define, prioritize, and execute the roadmap for our consumer application, aligning with Adoreal’s mission.
- Conduct user research, collect feedback, and analyze trends to ensure product features meet user needs.
- Guide and drive agile methodologies, lead sprint cycles, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes.
- Utilize analytics and KPIs to make informed decisions and improve the user journey.
- Identify when to integrate existing solutions and when to build new capabilities.
- Stay at the forefront of AI and automation while balancing technology with the human side of the customer journey.
