Requirements
- Knowledge of technical and operational product and project requirements
- Proven ability to understand and communicate using technical language (e.g., APIs, requirements documents, agile systems, etc.)
- Experience collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Strategy, Measurement and Engineering teams to develop and bring to market successful and innovative products
- Proficiency in Excel
- Familiar with the latest developments in the digital media space and advertising industry at large.
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence across a variety of platforms, as needed (e.g., messenger, video conferences, in-person gatherings, phone, email, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the demonstrated ability to take the seed of an idea through launch while prioritizing effectively to get things done
Responsibilities
- Build creative workflow applications that deliver across Ops leadership KPIs and focus on automating tedious manual workflows
- Manage product roadmaps and effectively communicate timelines to all key stakeholders by leading communication, prioritizing key features, and working with external partners and engineering teams.
- Document and detail user stories for engineering and participate in UAT
- Partner with Sales Operations to thoughtfully roll out and operationalize key features
- Participate in external vendor communication in order to facilitate industry change and to optimize creative workflows upstream of NBCU
- Own your product area, prioritize work, and always maintain the highest standard of quality.
- Track success by using key performance indicators and consistently test and evaluate fundamental metrics.

- 3+ years of experience working in product development
- Proven track record of owning customer-facing product solutions in cross-functional environments
- Strong communication skills; can present key updates to stakeholders and facilitate weekly vendor calls and build thought PowerPoint decks
