Johnson & Johnson is looking to solve the problem of developing treatments, finding cures, and pioneering the path from lab to life for patients with immunological disorders and illnesses, specifically psoriatic patients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- A minimum of 3 years business experience is required
- Immunology experience preferred
- Launch experience preferred
- Experience in consumer marketing or patient experience marketing preferred
- Experience in marketing, advertising, sales, sales learning & development, payer or related fields is preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead external creative agencies and media partners to plan, execute and optimize patient support programs across media channels (e.g. video, display, patient, testimonial, OOH, etc.)
- Partner with team to coordinate market research, patient insights, and evolutionary development of PsO patient brand offering
- Innovate solutions for initiation through to adherence on medication
- Work efficiently with key internal partners and cross-functional groups (e.g., Regulatory, Medical, Legal, etc.) to ensure timely and compliant review and approval of promotional materials
- Provide timely and relevant updates to field sales team on patient education resources
- Contribute to budget, annual business and strategic plans

- Excellent leadership and social skills with a heightened ability to collaborate and work with a team
- Ability to manage multiple demands and priorities on time, gaining alignment and driving decision-making
- Up to 25% domestic travel, which may include overnight and weekend travel
