Attain is looking to build a more equitable and efficient data sharing ecosystem, where consumers can leverage their data in exchange for modern financial services, and businesses can use the data for research, insights, and targeted advertising.

Requirements

  • Strong technical fluency — you can talk APIs, SQL, ETL, and know your way around cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP)
  • Experience building or managing data products, measurement tools, attribution models or clean rooms in AdTech, MarTech or Consumer Data
  • Familiarity with tools like Looker, Tableau, DBT, and data cataloging platforms
  • Understanding of retail or CPG data structures (UPCs, SKUs, taxonomies)
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail — you enjoy digging into messy data and making it useful
  • Proven experience of applying data quality, governance tools and methodologies
  • Ability to manage offshore or cross-functional teams to deliver on high-stakes projects

Responsibilities

  • Write requirements for products and features along a roadmap that aligns with the company's strategy
  • Own the lifecycle of our consumer-permissioned dataset – from ingestion and cleansing, to application and reporting
  • Design and manage internal data infrastructure – tools and processes for secure, scalable and high-quality data storage and access
  • Collaborate with engineering and data science to automate ingestion, apply machine learning to enrich and organize data, and ensure data quality and reliability
  • Partner with compliance and legal to ensure all data collection, storage, and usage practices meet regulatory requirements and best practices
  • Lead relationships with third-party data vendors and support data onboarding and validation efforts
  • Support go-to-market efforts with Sales and Partnerships by providing product knowledge, insights, and commercial strategy input

Other

  • 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth tech environment building products from ideation to launch
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills — you can translate data complexity into user value
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, design, sales and compliance
  • Act as the voice of the customer — both internal and external — to guide product requirements, prioritize roadmap, and validate data and insights use cases
