Requirements
- Familiarity with logistics
- Familiarity with agile methodology preferred
- Demonstrates basic knowledge of marketing disciplines and concepts necessary for building a business & marketing plan, this includes identifying the appropriate channels to market.
- Has the ability to understand market trends and competitive positioning and can establish and/or adjust the product offering
- Proficient in mining data and interpreting findings to solve problems and tell a story
- Microsoft Office experience with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end product marketing lifecycle, from launch to retirement, of shipment tracking products, including market analysis, positioning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor performance metrics, gather customer insights, and adjust strategies to improve results specific to product portfolio.
- Partner to develop and implement data-driven pricing models that balance competitiveness, customer value, and profitability based on ongoing customer and business insights.
- Design and execute promotional campaigns to drive adoption and engagement, in collaboration with marketing communications and sales enablement teams.
- Manages content for marketing campaigns using content created by vendors, content from manufacturers, internally developed content, or a combination.
- In coordination with upstream Product Management and Development teams, designs launch for new products, including positioning, marketing mix, and promotions.
- Performs straightforward analyses of data from marketing campaigns.

- 4-8 years of experience, preferred
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- Experience working independently, using good judgment and leadership abilities to manage short and long-term priorities and projects
- Demonstrates strong financial acumen and logical decision making in the general business environment.
