Requirements
- Technical, Sales, and Go-To-Market knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and HVACR Applications.
- Product Digital strategy and IOT innovation background are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Owns the technical and market specifications for the regional products and determines an offering plan that supports sustainable growth
- Leads regional life cycle management process to define & track performance metrics, plans appropriate measures (e.g., upgrades cost cut) and makes decisions on offering, obsolescence & end-of life
- Act as technical interface between external local market and internal technical cross functional teams.
- Participate in product development process stage gates for regional products, own local product creation of global products and support production ramp-up
- Continuously monitor competitive offerings, evaluating competing technologies and pricing strategies.
- Define new product plans, set technical, price, cost, and application targets.
- Contributes to development of new portfolios by leading customer need and value analysis, prioritizes new product development project and coordinating cross functional teams.

- Progressive experience in product management and customer relationship management.
- Proven track record of cross functional collaboration, excellent stakeholder engagement and strategic mindset and passion to drive business results.
- Travel up to 15 Domestically – requires a valid driver’s license.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
