Requirements
- Experience in enterprise software/SaaS, particularly with one or more of the following: procurement, sourcing, product lifecycle management, or supply chain management
- Experience with collaborative software development workflows and platforms including GitHub, agile development/scrum, unit testing, CI/CD, and production operations
- Experience integrating AI into enterprise software environments including LLMs and Foundation Models, with an understanding of agentic behaviors, tool use, and reasoning capabilities
- Experience with Google's AI tools and platforms
- Experience with Google Cloud and Workspace
- Prior success in productizing research or innovation-stage prototypes
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain clear, inspiring product vision, roadmap, segmentation, and value proposition
- Lead discovery with key partners and customers to deeply understand workflows, pain points, integrations with tools and data sets, and value creation, developing use cases, personas, requirements, capabilities, features, and metrics
- Create experiences that inspire confidence, delight and resonate with end users, and encourage adoption and trust
- Define and implement metrics that validate 10x impact
- Working closely with our researchers, engineers, designers, and partners to guide development and bring our roadmap to life during the product lifecycle
- Propose creative solutions to technical issues and challenges
- Develop clear, concise product documentation
Other
- BS degree in technical or analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Statistics) or equivalent practical experience via multiple years as a product manager
- 8+ years of demonstrable product management experience in building and launching successful enterprise/business software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner
- Exceptional organization and planning skills
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically about driving complex initiatives to completion
