SprintRay is looking to solve the problem of building the next generation of connected dental hardware by hiring a Product Manager who can own the roadmap for embedded software across their hardware ecosystem
Requirements
- 5 years of product experience in embedded software, IoT, robotics, drones, smart home devices or any connected electromechanical system
- Comfortable working at the intersection of firmware, hardware, cloud, and mobile
- Strong intuition for telemetry, diagnostics, and how connected devices fail in the real world
- A passion for solving complex technical problems and aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for embedded software across our hardware ecosystem (printers, cure units, wash systems)
- Work with firmware, hardware, software, design, QA and manufacturing teams to ship reliable, high impact features and products
- Use telemetry and device data to drive decisions, identify failures, and improve uptime
- Bring fresh ideas that challenge legacy thinking and push us toward a modern IoT standard
- Translate customer issues and field data into clear, actionable requirements
