Mimecast is looking for a Product Manager to enhance its Human Risk solution by integrating with third-party data sources, aiming to provide comprehensive insights into human risk management.

Responsibilities
- Define and own the roadmap for 3rd party integrations, ensuring alignment with the overall vision of the Human Risk solution.
- Identify and prioritize integration opportunities that enhance product functionality and customer value.
- Work closely with engineering, data science, and user experience teams to design and implement effective integration solutions.
- Foster strong relationships with external partners to facilitate seamless data exchange.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of integrations and monitor their impact on the Human Risk solution.
- Create and maintain internal and external technical documentation related to integrations.
- Lead sprint planning and execution, working with project management teams to communicate project timelines and mitigate risks.

- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within a SaaS environment focused on cybersecurity or data protection.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including customers and executives.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- A collaborative mindset that fosters teamwork and innovation.
- Successful completion of applicable background checks.
