TruStage is looking to drive strategy development and execution for the Wealth Management strategic plan, assist in business transformation, and add business unit capacity to execute necessary changes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of related experience.
- Strong business acumen – ability to understand business fundamentals and implications of change.
- Analytical and conceptual thinker with innovative capacity. Ability to handle complexity and ambiguity, and provide structure to complex problems.
- Strong knowledge of marketing and sales operations.
- Proven ability to lead cross functional teams.
- Strong project management experience. Proven track record to deliver expected business results.
- Strong ability to influence at multiple levels within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead business unit teams and cross functional teams to assess market, competition, business and customer needs to recommend solutions to solve complex business problems or to develop products.
- Synthesize overall strategy by analyzing a wide variety of solutions, selecting the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific business requirements such as business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis, and interpreting and reporting on outputs.
- Serve as business owner of proposed solutions for major strategic initiatives, end-to-end from strategic vision through implementation.
- Stays abreast of existing and emerging corporate information technologies and systems to assess their impact on the business needs.
- Identifies, creates and implements product tools and processes that support product and service.
- Provide support and input into product development/enhancements based upon marketplace acceptance, marketplace need, emerging directions and competitive environment.
- Support effective project management for the institutional wealth management solutions enforcing discipline in delivering clear documentation, milestones, and a focus on execution.
