BambooHR is looking to drive the development of new integrations within its connected HR ecosystem to allow HR professionals' systems to communicate with each other, reducing manual data synchronization.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record of shipping impactful products
- Strong experience working with Design and UX, as it's essential you're able to think deeply about product design decisions and have an understanding of how to create simple user interfaces.
- Deep experience working with qualitative customer insights and quantitative customer data to inform decisions.
Responsibilities
- Drive the development of new integrations within our connected HR ecosystem.
- Partner closely with our partner marketplace team in evaluating integration partners, help establish connections with those partners, and give direction to a team of engineers as they build those integrations.
- Support other BambooHR product teams as they build integrations in their product area.
- Deeply understand the typical HR tech stack and the associated challenges and opportunities in ensuring that it all works together by conducting research and engaging with stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in Product, Customer Experience, Sales, and Partner Marketing to identify integration opportunities that would have the biggest impact.
- Transform the requirements of each integration into clear, actionable specifications for your engineering team, ensuring alignment with our overall integration framework.
- Consistently deliver valuable new integrations that expand our connected HR ecosystem.
