Hubbell Incorporated is looking for a strategic and driven Product Manager to lead the full product lifecycle of the BURNDY Installation Tooling portfolio, aiming to shape products that drive growth and deliver value by blending market insight, technical understanding, and customer empathy.

- Proficient with all MS Office tools and SAP experience required.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and lifecycle, from planning to execution.
- Drive continuous tooling innovation that aligns with the needs of the industry by defining product requirements and collaborating with engineering on development.
- Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-ongoing visits to customers and non-customers
- Driving a solution set across development teams (NPD process) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning
- Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
- Perform product demos to customers

- Primary point of contact and subject matter expert for assigned product family, providing support and education for all stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience leading successful teams through influencing skills.
- Demonstrated skill at consensus building.
- Demonstration of strong skill in verbal and written communications.
