Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in designing, building, or implementing solutions that leverage Machine Learning, AI, or automation technology
  • Innovative thinker with a passion for problem-solving and the ability to provide a logical framework to support conclusions and ideas
  • Must be enrolled in a U.S.-based bachelors or non-MBA masters, degree-seeking program (or the equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or other program related to Product Management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate impact and rally teams behind a common goal
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt based on changes or new learnings
  • Ability to lead and influence a cross-functional team while building strong relationships

Responsibilities

  • Lead a cross functional team of engineers, designers, UX researchers, data analysts, data scientists, marketers, and/or customer success to create new products and features
  • Become an expert on the customer by gathering qualitative and quantitative data to build empathy and uncover actionable insights
  • Gather requirements, define experiences and use cases, develop data-backed learning plans, lead product planning and create the product roadmap
  • Ship product and feature improvements using rapid tests and experimentation in a fast paced environment
  • Apply innovative and new technologies to improve customer experiences across Intuit’s product ecosystem
  • Building new features
  • Solving problems for new customer segments

Other

  • Must be enrolled in a U.S.-based bachelors or non-MBA masters, degree-seeking program (or the equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or other program related to Product Management with a graduation date no sooner than December 2026
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, teamwork, and collaboration capabilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate impact and rally teams behind a common goal
  • Demonstrated accountability for outcomes and ability to drive tasks to completion with decisive prioritization
  • Ability to lead and influence a cross-functional team while building strong relationships
