TikTok is looking to solve the problem of optimizing ad delivery experience for Travel & Entertainment clients and driving continuous achievement of client performance and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Academic background in statistics, computer science or equivalent science/technical field, with technical experience or project work preferred
- Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, with the ability to break down, analyze, and solve complex problems
- Major in Computer Science or equivalent science/technical field is preferred
- Experience in ads and product management internships/roles or relevant experience in travel or entertainment industries is preferred
Responsibilities
- Optimize the ad delivery experience for Travel & Entertainment clients, and drive continuous achievement of client performance and revenue growth.
- Lead product design for Travel & Entertainment vertical monetization, including but not limited to advertiser workflows, user experience journeys, and delivery optimization.
- Translate advertiser needs into vertical-specific format solutions to elevate client experience and maximize monetization efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to deliver product development, launch, promotion, and continuous iteration.

- Graduating in 2026 or later, currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree or above
- Strong organizational, planning, communication, and execution skills; self-motivated and responsible, able to drive projects independently with reliability and simplicity
- Excellent cross-team communication, organizational, and analytical skills; able to work effectively with overseas teams across time zones and regions.
- Able to intern for 3 months or longer; candidates available to work 5 days a week are preferred.
- Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2026.
