Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree preferred
- Product Owner Certification (CSPO) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) Preferred
- Experience with successful collaboration and facilitation across diverse audiences
- Strong requirements elicitation, and the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences
- Solid understanding of customer experience
- Strong ability to identify/analyze/ synthesize product use data
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product experience for moderately complex products or features, including product vision, strategy, and roadmap development
- Leverage customer insights and market trends to inform product strategy, prioritize roadmap items, and shape innovation
- Conduct financial and ROI analyses (e.g., cost-benefit, NPV) to support investment decisions and prioritization
- Translate product strategy into clear, actionable requirements; manage and prioritize product backlog based on customer needs and organizational goals
- Collaborate with development and architecture teams to ensure balance between feature delivery and long-term technical investment
- Address production issues and defects by incorporating them into the backlog as needed
- Lead end-to-end delivery schedules across technical and non-technical functions using a combination of agile and waterfall processes
