TE Connectivity's Energy Business Unit is looking to shape the future of energy solutions by hiring a Product Manager to lead the strategy and lifecycle of a defined product portfolio, driving innovation and ensuring financial success.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of product management experience in a global B2B environment
- Strong strategic and analytical skills with proven ability to manage complex projects
- Experience with P&L responsibility and budget management
- Energy industry experience (Renewables, Utilities, Commercial & Industrial) is highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy aligned with business objectives
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscape to update product roadmaps
- Develop business cases for new projects and resource allocation
- Manage the full product lifecycle—from ideation and launch to end-of-life
- Drive innovation and new product introductions based on Voice of the Customer (VoC)
- Monitor portfolio performance (revenue, margin, market share) and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to ensure successful execution and go-to-market strategies
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a technical discipline
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex topics for stakeholders
- Ability to build trust and influence across a matrixed organization
