Subaru is looking to solve the problem of managing and leading maintenance activities to accomplish targets, budgeted financial objectives, and customer requirements in their manufacturing plant.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership, Industrial Technology, related field, or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
- Four years of relevant experience
- Previous management and/or supervisory experience
- Master’s degree in relevant field.
- Previous experience within project management field.
- Previous experience working in automotive manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Direct management of salaried Maintenance Group Leaders and indirect management of the section's hourly Associates.
- Oversight of plant wide Maintenance contract management.
- Plans and manages the activities of the maintenance department and is responsible for the predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance of plant equipment, buildings, and grounds.
- Oversee, direct, and support section staffing including hourly and salaried positions.
- Ensure compliance to all SIA policies and procedures.
- Responsible for development of section strategies and targets to support all initiatives.
- Identifies opportunities for process improvement or efficiency optimization.
